Some of what's included? 

Planning & Coordination

  • Complete Wedding Project Management: From engagement to “I do,” I oversee every moving part. Budgets, timelines, communications, and troubleshooting so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Full Day-Of Coordination (10 Hours): I’m on-site managing vendors, handling last‑minute changes, cueing the bridal party, and keeping the day running to the minute.

  • Custom Day-Of Timelines & Master Schedules: I create and distribute detailed timelines for you, vendors, and bridal party down to hair appointment times and cake delivery windows.

  • Bridal Party & VIP Management: I brief your bridal party, parents, MC, and anyone with a special role so they’re confident and prepared.

  • Online Dashboard & Shared Checklists: A central hub to track tasks, payments, and documents, with live updates so you can stay involved and see how things are tracking.

 

Vendors & Meetings

  • Vendor Shortlist Research & Recommendations: I compare pricing, reviews, and availability before you even meet them to make sure they are what you are looking for.

  • Negotiation & Contract Reviews: I’ll help you read the fine print, negotiate inclusions, and avoid hidden costs.

  • Vendor Scheduling & Confirmations: I confirm arrival times, logistics, and backup plans with every vendor leading up to your day.

  • On‑Call Vendor Support: If a vendor cancels or an issue pops up, I source replacements or solutions quickly without you lifting a finger.

  • Venue Layout Planning: I work with venues to ensure the floor plan suits your guest flow, entertainment, and styling.

  • Communication Management: I’ll handle all correspondence with vendors on your behalf, with you cc'd.

  • Meeting Participation: I’ll attend any vendor or planning meetings you’d like.

  • Site Visits & Walkthroughs: I’ll join you for up to 3 venue tours and walkthroughs.

  • Final Site Walkthrough: I’ll join you for the final site visit to go through all the final plans and run through of the day. 

 

 

Personal Support

  • Pre‑Wedding Errands: Picking up dresses, dropping off décor, handling last‑minute purchases—I’ve got you covered.

  • Crisis Management: Handling emergencies quietly (missing boutonnière? timeline change? vendor delay?) so you never even know there was a problem.

  • Family Dynamics Support: Helping manage tricky family situations, seating plans, or sensitive conversations.

  • Emotional Support: A calm, steady sounding board when wedding stress hits. Someone with solutions, not more questions.

  • Dress Shopping Support: I’ll join you (if desired) to help find the dress.

  • Unlimited Support: Call, email, or text — I’m always here for you.

Design & Styling

  • Mood Boards & Design Concepts: Inspiration boards to visually guide your day’s aesthetic.

  • Concept-to-Reality Styling: I translate mood boards into vendor briefs and run sheets, making sure every design detail actually gets implemented with a vendor who can execute the vision.

  • Décor Setup & Styling Oversight: On the day, I oversee or manage setup so your tables, signage, and florals look exactly as envisioned.

  • Styling Vendor Coordination: I liaise with florists, hire companies, and stylists to ensure all design elements work together beautifully.

  • 20% Off Bridal Muse Styling Services: Enjoy an exclusive discount on any styling/signage from the Bridal Muse.

 

 

Guest Experience

  • RSVP Follow-Ups: I’ll chase outstanding RSVPs and dietary information so you don’t have to.

  • Welcome Packs: I can help organize guest welcome bags or itineraries for out‑of‑towners.

  • Transport Timetables: From bridal cars to guest shuttles, I create clear schedules so nobody’s left waiting.

  • Wedding Website Support: I will help design and set up your wedding website, and help with managing all your online RSVPs.

  • Travel & Accommodation Coordination: Organizing rooms, transport, and info for out-of-town guests and the Bridal Party.

  • Dietary Requirements : I’ll keep track of all dietary requirements for guests, and provide a detailed list to the venue/caterer before the day along with the requirements specified on the seating chart.

 

 

 

Logistics & Details

  • Payment Reminders & Budget Tracking: I keep a live record of payments due and alert you before deadlines.

  • Purchase & Order Management: I’ll help track purchases, orders, and deliveries.

  • Detailed Floor Plans: Including power access for bands/DJs, cake placement, and dance floor spacing.

  • Run Sheet Distribution: All vendors receive the same detailed schedule, so everyone knows where to be and when.

  • Contingency Plans: Weather backups, power outages, late deliveries—I prep solutions so your day is stress-free no matter what.

  • MC & Entertainment Briefing: I’ll provide your MC or entertainers with a detailed run sheet so the reception flows smoothly.

 

 

After “I Do”

  • Gift & Card Collection: I make sure all cards, gifts, and keepsakes are safely packed and given to a trusted person at the end of the night.

  • Recovery Brunch Booking: I will book in your recovery brunch at your chosen venue and send out the information to all the guests.

  • Vendor Thank‑Yous: I can send out notes or small thank‑you gifts on your behalf if desired.

  • Rental Returns: I coordinate the collection and return of hired items so you can focus on your honeymoon.

  • Post‑Wedding Problem Solving: Missing invoice? Vendor query? I’m still here after the day to help tie up loose ends.
