  • Custom Day-Of Timelines & Master Schedules — Meticulously crafted and distributed to vendors, bridal party, and key VIPs, down to the minute.

  • Vendor Shortlist Research & Recommendations — Curated options with pricing, reviews, and availability already vetted, saving you weeks of research.

  • Vendor Scheduling & Confirmations — Every vendor is briefed with arrival times, logistics, and backup plans — no last-minute surprises.

  • Vendor Comparison Lists — When I send through a list of vendors that are available, I will provide clear comparison points to help you with your decision moving forward.

  • Site Walk Through - I will come out to one initial site visit to walk through the space and help ask the venue questions. Additional visits can be added. 

  • Final Venue Immersion — A comprehensive on-site walkthrough to lock in the plan, troubleshoot, and visualize your day in full.​

  • MC & Entertainment Briefing — Your MC and entertainers receive a detailed run sheet for a seamless reception flow.

  • Run Sheet Distribution — Every vendor knows exactly where to be and when.​

  • Mood Boards & Design Concepts — Visual blueprints to bring your wedding aesthetic to life.

  • Décor Setup & Styling Oversight — On-the-day management of table settings, signage, florals, and décor to ensure your space is styled to perfection.
