Service Description
Best for: full day celebrations, multiple locations, big bridal parties, or weddings with extensive setup and pack down. You have done the planning, now relax and let me run the day. I step in during the lead up and am there on the day so you can be completely present. This includes: • 12 hours on the day coordination • Detailed planning meetings (in person or online) • Vendor communication and management • Custom timeline and run sheet creation for your full day • All vendors briefed and provided with detailed vendor packs • Rehearsal included • Site visit with you and your venue manager • Full setup management on the day (including help with DIY items) • Unlimited support and communication throughout the process • Guidance and care for you, your families and your bridal party Not sure which package fits? Cancellation Policy
Booking terms: Your booking is a request and is not confirmed until you have signed your contract. After you book, you will be sent a contract via Aisle Planner to review and sign. Your date is only officially secured once your signed contract is returned. If for any reason your booking cannot be accepted (for example, your date is no longer available), you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund of any payment made.
